Floodline® Miulti-8 High-Sensitivity Detection Cable is suited to highly sensitive areas where an alarm to the ingress of the smallest amount of liquid is required. A fine multi-filament cellulosic outer covering draws liquid into detection cores allowing the system to react to the smallest amount of water, conductive liquid and condensation. Floodline® Miulti-8 High-Sensitivity Detection Cable provides visual evidence of where and when the cable is wet.

The start and end points of the cable are provided by either traditional Floodline® junction boxes or Floodline® Plug And Play system. The zones can be any length – the typical length is between 5 and 15metres.
The sensor can be wetted and dried any number of times provided the cable is not contaminated with a substance that permanently changes its electrical characteristics. If the contamination is soluble then the cable can be removed, washed (clean water only), dried and returned to use subject to the level of contamination.

Conductive-polymer technology and fluoro-polymer construction make the sensor cable mechanically strong and highly resistant to corrosion and abrasion.

Floodline® Flexi-Pad Sensor is flat flexible sheet, specifically designed for liquid leak detection in narrow voids and pipework around valves and joints where leaks are more likely to occur. Flexi-Pad can be used as a single sensor or in groups with a number of sensors connected together to form a zone.
A removable fabric cover assists absorption and protects the sensing surfaces. Flexi-Pad Sensors can be wet and dried any number of times provided the sensor element is not contaminated. After wetting, the cover can be replaced with a spare or removed for drying. The units are constructed with a tough, flexible plastic sheet with bonded carbon-loaded detection tracks and a removable fabric cover.
Typical applications include wrapping around pipes and placed in drip trays under plant or equipment. The Flexi-Pad activates when in contact with any conductive liquid and can be returned to use when dried.
Floodline® Flexi-Pad can be laid loose, pinned or glued at corners or tie-wrapped loosely around pipework.

Floodline® Smart Flexi-Pad Sensor has been specifically designed for installing in narrow voids, typically under dishwashers, washing machines, sinks, baths and showers. Smart Flexi-Pad comes in two versions, audible sounder or Wi-Fi which connects to the SmartLife app.
Floodline® Fan Coil is a robust single-zone water leak detection system that can be free standing on a floor or in a drip tray, or alternatively horizontally or vertically mounted at the base of equipment or a wall. Fan Coil is typically for air conditioning units and humid environments where water can collect.
The sensor can connect to leak detection cable and other Floodline® point sensors. Fan Coil can be stand-alone and connect to a BMS or can connect to other Floodline® control panels as a part of a larger Floodline® leak detection installation. The control unit is housed in a robust stainless steel Floodline® Guard Plate for protection and ease of mounting.
The unit is equipped with a sensitivity control and a continuous built-in water and conductive liquid leak detection sensor as well as an auxilliary input for other sensors.
The Floodline® Pipe-in-Pipe Sensor is designed for liquid leak detection in tanks and double-containment cavities in pipes and tanks. The principle is the same as a point sensor but with a modified design for fitting into sockets provided at strategic points along an outer pipe or outer tank.
Stainless steel probes extend into the cavity or tank. A sensor alarm is activated when any conductive liquid contacts the stainless steel probes.
The Floodline® Pipe-in-Pipe Sensor is a multiple re-use product with instant return to use following a leak detection.
The body is constructed from high-density plastic with fully encapsulated stainless steel probes.
Floodline® Tundish Overflow Sensor is specifically designed for toilet cisterns and and tanks to provide an immediate and automatic warning of an overflow of water. The sensor can be used singly or in multiples, connected to any of the Floodline® alarm panels.
Each sensor can be allocated its own zone, or multiple sensors can be installed in groups and attached together to form a single zone. Floodline® Tundish Overflow Sensor can be incorporated into larger, more complex leak detection installations and can be used with any other Floodline® leak detection device.
Floodline® Tundish Overflow Sensor is activated by any conductive liquid and the sensor can be wet and dried any number of times and returned to use. Any soluble marking can be removed by cleaning in warm water.
The sensor construction is a tough plastic bowl and connection box with stainless steel sensor probes and connects to any standard 22mm overflow pipe exiting the cistern or tank.
